On a Monday morning.. hubby smiled and pointed to the scripture he had just wrote. Enclosed in the picture for you ~ “Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.” – 1 Corinthians 13:7.
When we first began dating, we’d write love notes all the time on this dry erase board. It hangs on the fridge, so we see it as often as we eat and drink. Lately we’ve been writing encouragement again. And rather than erasing the verse to add our TDL.. We kept this one up all week. Today is a Friday ~ Glory Hallelujah.
We may just keep it up permanently.
So grateful for the Holy Spirit pouring.. For the Word of God.. teaching us what love is and what it isn’t. Truth and love go hand in hand.. To deeply share in agape.. sacrificial love.. I believe we must know the qualities of love and trust in His faithful promises over us.. All of that is found in His living Word, read the love chapter ~ 1 Corinthians 13.

Thankful to my sweetheart husband.. for imitating Jesus and living this out. Jesus’ love reigns powerfully in his heart. Let’s keep His Word hidden and tattooed in our hearts. May we persevere together in God’s love.
Short yet — sweet message, ♥️
Love the reminders of setting love above anything else💕 and being the best examples of what love is.

I love hearing stories of healthy relationships. Not perfect, but healthy.
Every time my husband and I hear of another person in our life that is getting divorced, we hug each other and wonder aloud if maybe we’re the only ones out there who are truly in love and take care of one another. Then, we smile and say our mantra, the one we’ve been saying to one another since our wedding day:
“It’s for life!”
